The intention for the refit of Level 24 of the Ernst Young building, Sydney, was to transform the static floor space into a progressive, multi-use, dynamic work environment for those who were currently occupying the space and any company that may occupy it in the future. The workspace follows a successful model as seen demonstrated in workplaces such as Google, Microsoft, Macquarie, Commonwealth Bank, and Telecom Group. The floor now lends itself to a varied range of uses; meetings – formal / informal / impromptu / smart room, approachability at the collaboration desks, concentration in the furniture hubs and large gatherings where furniture can be easily moved in or out.
